Our Approach

Initial Consultation: Here we begin learning about each other. We want to know the most important challenges affecting you and to learn what you are looking for in the adviser/client relationship. We then describe our services and the benefits we can add to your life. At the end of the meeting we quote a fee range and workout an agreement if you decide to come on board.

Fact Finding Meeting: First we take detailed financial and lifestyle information. Then we review your documents, assist you in identifying and prioritizing your needs, and in defining your goals. We also determine your risk tolerance, special needs and concerns. A data review meeting is then scheduled to give us a chance to discuss any issues that came up during the preliminary analysis and to look for any missing information.

Planning and Recommendation Meeting: This is when we present our analysis of your situation in detail and provide you with a list of recommendations. Once you decide on a path to take, we will design and implement the plan and/or service to help you reach your goals. Please remember this is an early but necessary step in a lifelong process. Once the plan is put in place, we monitor, review, and update it to meet dynamic circumstances and as changes occur in your life. Not everyone needs a written comprehensive financial plan; however, most people will benefit from the financial planning process.
